School of Ancient Wisdom

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend a TAO session at the School of Ancient Wisdom. The session and place was fantastic. The workshop "The Light on the Path" was conducted by Nicholas Packard. Nicholas is an TAO master and healer par excellence. 

SATYAM SCAM (FIASCO)

A Lot of criticism has been linked on the said scam fudging of the books and rate of auditors. It appears no doubt there is collusion with the auditors and the management and they blindly signed the accounts without verifying the balance in the banks. The matter is under investigation and true facts will emerge after re-verifying the figures appearing in the accounts in near future.

 

It appears that the major portion of the equity is held by the FII's and promoters stake was only 8.61% in that 8.27% was pledged to the institutions. Thus negligible portion i.e 0.37% only was the stake of the present promoters. No doubt there is checks and balances in corporate governance but in this case they have foiled the blame game going on.

 

But the investors who have a major investments in equity incurred heavy losses instead of blaming others must get the balance sheets and other accounts  checked by there senior staff to avoid huge losses.

The amount to be spent in safeguarding there interest is negligible and the management and auditors will also be under check and they will be investigating the customers more prudently and there investments will be at the considerably lower risk though risk altogether is un avoidable.

Kuke Subranayam temple

We went to Kuke Subranayam temple on the 26,27,28th .The place is great and so is the Lord Subranayam temple.The priests perform pooja there daily for the naga dosha's except on ekadshi. The pooja's are done with all rituals .


The Place is about 300 km from bangalore via taxi.The road almost most of it is good except a stretch of about 20 km.If its raining it might be difficult to drive on that stretch otherwise it is ok for other days.

(Other Ways to reach there : There are private bus service that runs from Bangalore , Also KSRTC bus service from Bangalore .They start from Majestic, Kormangala – Agara circle etc.)

There are many lodges to stay there they offer variety of accommodation deluxe, semi-deluxe and ordinary rooms’ .There are rooms to fit every pocket. Prices start from Rs 150- 1200 ( 24 hours checkout)

The important harike services done are :

sarpa samskara , ashlesha bali, naga pratishte.

For kala sarpa dosha they do pooja for sarpa samskara ,ashlesha bali, naga pratishte . It is about one and half day pooja . The devotees will be asked to stay there for 2 days .


The process is that you have to get the ticket for that from the main temple in the morning .A priest will be assigned to you who will do pooja for you and will guide you through out.


The timings of the pooja are for sarpa samskara 8.30 AM to 11 AM ( They do pooja of the 5 headed snake god) .


You have to wear dhoti and towel while doing the pooja .After doing the morning pooja you are asked to go to your room to take bath and come back and have lunch in the temple’s dining hall where priests serve the food to you . You are not allowed to eat outside .Then you can go back and asked to come again for tea at 6 PM

Again next morning you have to go for pooja at 6 AM to 8 AM ( They do naga pooja , gau pooja and braham daan ).

After having breakfast again in the dining hall you are asked to come back for ashlesha bali at 9.30.- 10.30 . Then after that is naga pratishte pooja at 12 to 1 PM.where the maha prasadam is given to you.

By the next day afternoon yourPooja’s will be done . After the pooja they say its good if you don’t eat onion and garlic for 3 days .

* There are buses from Bangalore to Kuke subramanya
* You can hire your taxi also
* Kukke subramanya is almost 300 Km’s from Bangalore via Hassan, Sakleshpur, Charmadi Ghat and take the left turn at Gundya forest Check post.
